Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellations by Customer

  • Flights:

    • Refundable tickets may be cancelled for upto full worth credit within 24 hours of booking (if booked at least 7 days before departure) depending upon carrier’s policy.

    • Non-refundable tickets do not qualify for any cash or credit refunds.

  • Hotels/Vacation Packages:

    • Free cancellation up to 48-72 hours before check-in for full credit.

    • Late cancellations forfeit the first night’s rate or fixed a of total booking.

  • Car Rentals:

    • Cancel anytime before pickup for credit. No-shows are charged at the full rate.

2. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days.

  • Original payment method refunds only (no cash alternatives).

  • Service fees (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Force Majeure

No penalties for cancellations due to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government travel bans

  • Documented medical emergencies
    (Proof required within 14 days of cancellation)

4. How to Cancel

  • Log into your account at ReserveTravelDesk.com/cancel

  • Contact support with booking number or confirmation code

5. Changes to Bookings

  • Flight/Train/Cruise changes: Fees apply (varies by carrier).

  • Hotel/package changes: Subject to availability and price differences.
